My name is Andrew Miller, and I am a Videographer originally from Hershey, PA. After leaving my job as an Account Executive in 2017, I started pursuing my dream of being a Videographer. While it took me a little while to find Videography as a career, once I started creating videos, I never wanted to stop.

I hope I get the chance to meet the Rutger's Brand Advancement Team, and I look forward to talking more about these positions with you.

Michelle Pifer Workout Video

In this vertical video, built for Instagram, my goal was to showcase the strength and power of Michelle's workout. While this piece walks the line of being too busy and chaotic, I feel it matches the intensity of the footage. Through multiple visual effects, sound effects, overlays, and a driving music track, this project demonstrates my editing abilities with some very simple movements.

Dealing with Doubt

While out shooting for the GO4IT Film, our subject was beginning to experience lots of doubt as he approached the halfway point in his journey. I asked him if he would be okay sharing his thoughts and feelings with me to use in a promotional video for the film. This video is the result of what he shared with me.

GO4IT Time Trial Video

Our social media audience for the GO4IT Film, was always interested in how close our subject was to hitting his goal of breaking 4:00 in the mile. This composition was made to not only keep the audience updated, but also to show our subjects progression throughout the year.

Demo Reel

This Demo Reel focuses mostly on movement, both for sport and for fun. Each of the different projects that make up this reel helped to teach me something new. Sometimes it was about videography, and sometimes it wasn't.

Our First Apartment

I wanted to share this video with you because although it isn't related to sports or movement, it is a narrative piece. It is also a narrative piece that uses lower quality phone videos that are both horizontal and vertical. I believe that this project, while telling a nice story, also does a good job of blending old, lower grade footage with higher quality, full frame shots.

Jumbo Prawn Scampi

I was hired by Skyler to be a Video Producer for her channel. While she was very happy with her 230,000 Instagram followers, she wanted to grow her YouTube channel. her goal was to create high quality cooking videos from her kitchen at home. Here is one of the many videos we made together.
